Worksop: Fundraisers cycle 12 hours for Iwan

A dedicated team of fundraisers raised £1,000 after cycling for more than 12-hours to help a teenager receive vital treatment in America.
A team from Worksop took part in a Charity Stationary bike ride to raise money for a Rotherham boy Iwan Clarke (16) . at the Worksop Tesco store.
Iwan who has had Leukemia since the age of 10, has had 2 Bone Marrow Transplants both of which failed. The plan now is for him to recieve a revolutionary new Car-T-Cell treatment at Seattle Childrens Hospital  USA, costing £200,000.
Another  team were taking part in a 90 mile Bike ride to Skegness, for the same charity.
The team t said a big thank you to Tesco & Dean Spencer, for their assistance.

Iwan Clarke was diagnosed with Leukaemia at the age of 10, and since then has had two bone marrow transplants, which both failed.

The plan now is to raise £200,000 so Iwan, of Rotherham, can receive a revolutionary new Car-T-Cell treatment at Seattle Childrens Hospital.

The riders cycled at the Tesco store on Gateford Road, Worksop, from 8am-8pm on Saturday, October 3.
