Worksop: Guardian Rose presented to learning manager at Outwood Academy Valley

Stacey Anderson-Gilling, the year 11 learning manager, received the rose from Angela Templeton for all the work she had done with her son Matthew.

The 16-year-old will start a scholarship at Barnsley Football Club Academy in July, and Angela believes her son would not have acheived it without Stacey’s help.

“He is in a fantastic place at the moment and the world is his oyster and a massive thanks has to go to Stacey,” said Angela.
