Worksop: Kids gather at the Canch for fundraising fun in the sun

An obstacle course, jewellery making and hook-a-duck were just a few of the activities that took place at The Canch last weekend as Worksop children gathered for summer fun while raising money for Bassetlaw Food Bank.

The Children’s Celebration, held all day on Saturday 6th June, saw children from all over the town flock to the event which was organised in partnership with Bassetlaw Council.

There were also stalls, a BBQ, sweets, competitions and a special performance from local dance school Donna Pressley Academy for the children and their parents to enjoy.
