Worksop: Morrison’s ‘screwballers’ to tackle Europe trip in aid of Sue Ryder foundation

Four Morrison’s staff members from Notts have spent the last six months modifying a purple limousine that will take them 2,500 miles across Europe in aid of the Sue Ryder foundation.

Richard Wells, Trevor Marland, Ryan Dixon and Mark Blake are hoping to raise at least £2,000 by taking part in the Screwball Rally 2015, which will see them zoom across France, Italy and Germany.

Butchery manager Richard Wells, who works at the Morrison’s store in Worksop, said: “We have chosen a seventies theme and the limousine will be showcased at stores across Notts before the rally, arriving in Worksop on on Saturday September 19.
