Lynette Bray, centre manager, said: “The festive period kicked off at the Priory on Saturday 23rd November when we held the Christmas light switch on. The event proved to be incredibly popular and we had our greatest footfall on record with 13,000 people attending.”

“We know that the final push before Christmas can be very hectic so we are trying to make a trip to the Priory as pleasant and stress free as possible so have arranged for musical entertainment throughout this busy time to add to the festive spirit.”

The Salvation Army Brass Band will return on Saturday 21st December.
