Due to generous donations, the Preparatory School is offering a funded place at Ranby House in Retford.

“It means that families, who may not ordinarily have been able to consider an independent education for their child, now have the chance to apply for a free place at Ranby House.”

Ranby House and Worksop College, part of Woodard Schools, offer first class learning for children from 3 to 13 years. Ranby House is set in 60 acres of stunning grounds and prides itself on small class sizes and a vibrant learning experience which promotes high academic standards.

The sporting facilities on offer at the school are among the best in the area with 10 on-site sports pitches and a professional indoor sports centre catering for rugby, hockey, cricket, tennis, volleyball, gymnastics, badminton and basketball as well as a nine hole golf course. For budding athletes the field has a 200m track, 100m sprint track, discus cage, long jump pit and areas for javelin and shot putt.
