Worksop: Police arrest man after serious assault leaves victim hospitalised
Police have arrested a 23-year-old man following a serious assault in Worksop in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A 31-year-old man remains in a serious condition in hospital following the assault in the Gateford Road area of the town at around 3.40am on 20th June.
Police closed the road while they carried out enquiries at the scene.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 174 of 20 June 2015.
