A new restaurant and takeaway has opened its doors to offer Lincolnshire diners a taste of Nepal.
The Gurkha Sq Express is offering authentic Nepalese cuisine alongside a range of popular curry dishes, pizzas, wraps and burgers to eat in or take away.
And with all-you-can eat buffet nights for £14.99 per person it offers great value as well as great tasting food.
Chhibilal Kandal is the man behind the new venture, which is a sister-restaurant to the award-winning Gurkha Square in Grantham.

What’s Nepalese food like?
Chefs in the famous mountainous Nepal region have harnessed culinary influences from its neighbours India, China and Tibet to produce a distinctive style of cooking which means tasty dishes using lean meats, fresh vegetables, lentils and aromatic spices such as coriander, cumin and turmeric.
Momo, a type of steamed filled dumpling, are a Nepalese staple and prove a popular starter. But there’s lots of options for more common starters like bahjis and poppodoms and with lamb curries, tikkas and chicken dishes, vegetable curries, rices and breads, prawn and fish options too as well as biriani dishes, karais and chefs special platters you really will be spoiled for choice.

And the choice of dining in or out is yours too. The restaurant, at 21, Northgate, Sleaford, which used to be a takeawy called La Shisha, has been closed for several weeks whilst it was given a makeover and re-designed to provide seating for 24 diners. It will open six days a week (closing on Tuesdays) from 4pm to 10pm and is fully licenced.
Banquet meals from just £14.99
On Wednesdays and Sundays diners can indulge in an all-you-can-eat banquet style buffet meal, which will include various options of lamb and chicken and mixed vegetable curries and accompaniments.
