The highly-qualified team at Madeira House care home in Louth are ready to welcome new residents

Meet the manager
Mellisa Brady has been working in care for 15 years and became the home manager at Madeira House in May 2023.
She says her biggest personal achievement to date is completing a level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people’s services.
She added: “Caring has always been my passion and I find it to be an incredibly rewarding experience to be a part of the Madeira House family.”
