Bridon girls represent Notts
AFTER finishing top of their league, Bridon Cricket Club’s Under 13 girls were selected to represent Notts in the East Midlands Ladies Taverners competition.
The tournament, on 2nd August at Spondon in Derbyshire, saw the youngsters play five games - and despite being a player short they finished in a respectable fourth.
The winner of the competition has gone on to play in the national finals.
