ASTON Hall were in a precarious position when the weather brought an end to proceedings.

At one stage they were 24 for 4, until Carl Tiler (32) and Scott Hibbert (30) added 54.

But they were both back in the Pavilion and the innings was at 94 for 7 when the rain came.

Adam Wilson took 3 for 27 for Whitley Hall.
