Rasen handed a home start

The match will takle place at Rase Park on April 16.

The side will be under the leadership of new skipper Liam Scales.

He takes over from Matthew Rutherford, who has left the club which was relegatedfrom the Lincs ECB Premier last season.

Scales’ second match will be a another home contest, against Holton Le Clay a fortnight later.

Their Lincolnshire County League George Marshall Trophy campaign will begin on May 2, away at Broughton CC.

Their first away league match will be at Barton Town on May 7.

The Seconds will start their Lincoln County League Third Division campaign at Normanby Park on April 16.

Their first home fixture will be seven days later against East Halton.

Simon Bunn will oversee the Second XI’s bid for promotion, which narrowly evaded them last season, after taking over from Jono Stephenson.

Jamie Snell has taken the role as Rasen’s Sunday XI captain.

Their Lincs League Division Two season will begin at home to Old Lincolnians on April 24, followed by a visit to Cherry Willingham Sunday Seconds the following week.
