Double header for orienteers
A BUSY weekend lies ahead for Bassetlaw orienteers, with the annual London Urban Orienteering Race on Saturday, and a local event on Sunday.
The London event has over 1,200 entries and will provide fast navigation around a tricky urban environment, with courses up to 12km in length.
On Sunday, the runners are at Brierley Country Park, near Mansfield.
That event will allow the juniors to practice for the upcoming British Schools Score Orienteering Championships.
