WORKSOP Basketball club is inviting the district’s sports clubs and organisations to enter teams for a fun basketball tournament on 15th May.

The event, part of the Bassetlaw Games, will take place between 7pm and 9pm at Portland Academy.

Teams will need at least five players over the age of 12.

Teams can have any mix of male or female players and no previous experience is necessary.

Members of the recent SBL Division Two championship winning Worksop team will be on hand to coach the teams and referee matches on the night.

There will be lots of prizes to be given away.
