It will be held at 2pm on Saturday, April 15, and is in support of Cancer Research UK.
Entry is open to riders who are part of a Cycling Time Trial (CTT) affiliated club or team at a cost of £8, with 120 places available.
All entries must be submitted by Tuesday, April 4.
There will also be a raffle, with Easter-themed prizes donated by club president Jean Crane and Doug Laidlow, and a tea bar, with the proceeds from these donated to Cancer Research UK.
The club hopes to better last year’s fundraising total of £1,125.
Entrants will meet outside Quarrington Hall, and parking will be available in the main pay and display car park on Grantham Road.
The course will be along the A15 just outside Sleaford.
Organiser Linda Hurst said: “The main reason the club thinks this event is special is that all of the riders who take part know this is a charity event and are happy to race for Easter eggs and let the money go to Cancer Research.
“It has become part of the cycling calendar and really brings out the cyclists with kind hearts.”
The record for the event was set two years ago when professional cyclist George Atkins, of JTL-Condor, clocked a time of 20min 18secs.
