Dean, who runs Coach the Wright Way, is looking to work with the Nichols Youth Project, which First College also supports in Louth and Noth Somercotes, by running a table tennis club and multi-skills workshops for all ages and abilities.

Ian Dickinson, business manager at First College, said: “When Dean first started his business in 2014 he approached me to sponsor his business which I gladly did as he works with young people who we wish to support in the community.”

Dean currently works with seven local Schools and is involved with sports festivals and charity work, as well as promoting the Change 4 Life healthy lifestyle campaign.

He also runs Young Leader training at the college, as well as lunchtime and after-school clubs in six different sports, working alongside the School Sports Partnership.

Dean, a level two qualified football coach, hosts a junior football club every Monday at Monks Dyke for under 5s to secondary school ages, and holiday camps in the half-term and summer Holidays for primary School ages.

Coach the Wright Way works with four sponsors and is looking for further help for forthcoming projects including junior and adult badminton clubs, children’s fun clubs, and one-to-one cricket tuition.

He will also be running the under 15s junior team at Legbourne Cricket Club this season.
