Acar bags brace as Skegness Town claim three points at Selby

Skegness Town made it back to back wins in the Northern Counties East League Division One last night following a 4-1 win at Selby.

Manager Nathan Collins refused to underestimate last season's titles rivals, who are still searching for their first league points of the season.

But as the full-time whistle blew the Lilywhites were deserved winners, adding another three points following Saturday's 1-0 against Hallam.

Jenk Acar netted a brace for Skegness with Danny Durkin and Daniel Trott also on the scoresheet.

Town return to action on Saturday as they host Glasshoughton Welfare at the Vertigo Stadium (KO 3pm).
