Andi Thanoj and Jay Rollins pledge futures to Boston United

Club captain Jay Rollins and midfielder Andi Thanoj have signed new one-year deals with Boston United.

The duo have both agreed to extend their stays with the club after their current deals expired.

"Andi and Jay have been a key part of my teams since I have been at Boston United,” manager Craig Elliott told bufc.co.uk.

"Both are a pleasure to work with and I believe can continue to improve as individuals and help us as a team to be successful.

"They were both superb last season and I am looking forward to working with them again."

Attacker Rollins, 26, is the club’s longest-serving player having been with Boston since 2015.

Thanoj, 27, was brought to York Street by Elliott in late 2017.

Jordan Thewlis, Scott Garner, Peter Crook, Luke Shiels and Tom Platt are also under contract for next season.

United have also announced that Nicky Walker has left the club although any new deal with another side is yet to be announced.
