Bayliss on target as Boston Town pick up first league win of season


Fraser Bayliss grabbed the only goal of the game as Boston Town got off the mark in the United Counties League Premier Division.
Gary Edgley's side welcomed back Tom Garrick and handed a debut to Ryley Thompson in last night's fixture.

Hide AdBayliss, who also netted in Saturday's 4-3 defeat to Lutterworth, struck again, netting in the ninth minute after rounding the PNS keeper and slotting home from an acute angle.
Northern Star had been thrashed 6-0 by Loughborough University at the weekend but proved a sterner test for Gary Edgley's side, who had scored three times in their previous two competitive matches, the defeat to Lutterworth and FA Cup success at Blackstones.
The Poachers now host Coalville in the FA Cup on Saturday.
