Biggest win of season moves Boston Town into semis

Boston Town made it five wins in a row as they booked their place in the Lincs Senior Trophy semi-finals.

The Poachers will face the winners of Brigg Town and Winterton Rangers, who meet this evening, after beating UCL Division One side Blackstones 5-1.

The ever-dependable Alex Beck and Fraser Bayliss both bagged braces for Gary Edgley’s side while in-form King’s Lynn loanee Harry Limb made it three goals in as many games since joining the club.

The hosts were 5-0 up at the DWB Stadium before Lewis Morley grabbed Stones’ consolation.

The victory was Town’s biggest win of the season and the first time they’ve won five in a row since the 2012-13 season.
