The game, which was a late addition to the Trinity schedule, saw the Blues notch three times in the second half to see off the Northern Counties Eastern League side.

The fixture saw a mix of youth alongside some first teamers, as manager Dominic Roma looked to rotate his side in what has already been a busy start to the season.

The visitors started brightly and had some good opportunities to take the lead but were wasteful in front of goal.

Wholsesale changes at half time by Roma produced immediate results with summer signing Jacob Hazel grabbing the first.

The former Chesterfield centre forward confidently rounded the Ambers keeper before slotting home.

Six minutes later and the lead was doubled. Alex Wiles burst through the defence before playing in Gavin Rothery who dispatched an excellent finish to beat the keeper at the near post.

With ten left on the clock, James Reid curled a free kick into the top corner to put the icing on the cake.
