Boston Town were beaten 2-1 at home by Harborough on Saturday.
Tom Mangan and Josh Walsh gave the Bees a 2-0 interval lead at the DWB Stadium before Fraser Bayliss netted a consolation with eight minutes to go.
The defeat stretches Town's losing streak to four games.
The Poachers now return to action on Saturday, hosting Desborough (KO 3pm).
