Victory ended the Poachers’ six-match search for a win in the United Counties League’s Premier Division, and marked the first win for new manager Jason Callaby on his first home match in charge.

With Bayliss, Jordan Nuttell and top scorer Alex Beck, Jason Field, Lori Borbely, Grant Butler and Callaby all available the squad had a stronger feel to it before kick off.

Simon Ashton’s headed home the first goal of the afternoon at the DWB Stadium in the 31st minute.

However, the Swans flipped the contest on its head with two goals after the break to edge in front.

Field pulled Town level before Bayliss had the final say in dramatic fashion, easing the side 10 points clear of second-ottom Sileby.
