Boston United to host Aldershot Town in home opener for new season
Boston United will kick-off their Enterprise National League campaign with a home fixture against Aldershot Town after fixtures were released on Friday.
The Shots will visit the Jakemans Community Stadium on Saturday, 8th August as the Pilgrims' third season back in the top flight of non-league football officially gets underway.
United's first away fixture then sees them travel to Solihull Moors on Saturday, 15th August.
Hartlepool United and Harrogate Town are the Pilgrims' opponents for the Christmas and Easter periods.
The season concludes at Aggborough on Saturday, 24th April against Kidderminster Harriers (12.30pm).
Alternative DAZN live TV kick-off times have been confirmed for home fixtures against Altrincham (12.30pm), Scunthorpe United (5.30pm), Yeovil Town (12.30pm) and Solihull Moors (12.30pm) plus the away trip to Eastleigh (12.30pm).
From February onwards, fixtures will be moved for broadcast in the usual manner of notifying teams of DAZN's selections with at least five weeks' notice, and therefore clubs can expect to receive some further selections from around mid-December.
Boston have confirmed that, although construction work has progressed well, the brand new South Stand and concourse will now not be ready for the first fixture of the season.
It is hoped that works will be complete and the subsequent approval from the Safety Advisory Group received around the end of August, which will mean away fans will continue to be hosted in the East Stand until the South Stand is fully operational.
