13. George Sykes-Kenworthy - goalkeeper
"He has generated that competition in the squad and it's important we have competition for the number one shirt as well. He's trained well. He's got good potential and had a stint in this league with Guiseley."
14. Danny Elliott - attacker
"Danny comes here on the back of a recent promotion with Hartlepool, so is full of confidence. After meeting Danny, he had a real desire to continue to be successful, so I am delighted that he felt he could do that at Boston United. He has caught the eye on a number of occasions with his raw pace and eye for goal. He is at a perfect age to continue to improve and I am looking forward to working with him this season."
15. Andy Butler - defender
"He is a natural leader with a wealth of experience. He was a League One player last season, playing a big part in Doncaster Rovers' season on and off the pitch." *Butler may appear bound for Peterborough United, but at the time of press remained contracted to the Pilgrims.
16. Jake Wright snr - defender
"Jake has shown in his career that he knows what is needed to be involved in promotion-winning teams. Giving us that natural left-sided balance and leadership, he will be a great signing for us. Jake's desire to sign for us was second-to-none and I sincerely hope he will be successful for Boston United."
