Caistor Crusaders secure league honours

Last week they were presented with the trophy from the Scunthorpe Jack Kalson League.

Team manager Andy Knowles said: “I’m extremely proud of this squad. They have shown great determination to win the league unbeaten, and they were unlucky to lose in the semi-­final of the cup.

“They are a great bunch of lads who continue to develop as players and are a real pleasure to coach.

“We are already looking forward to the start of the next season.”

Squad members were Jacob Wright, Bailey Bradley­ Nutall, Harvey Dent, Tyler Dennison, Ben Challen, Isaac McCann, Jacob Campbell­Griffiths, Alex Dawson, James Harling, Declan Bell, Cormac Knowles. Jamie Wallace, Will Lince, Jake Doughty, Dominic Ellis, Nathan Ramesh and Jack Neilsen.
