The Pilgrims came from 2-0 down to secure a 3-2 victory at the Jakemans Stadium last night - with keeper Harry Payne also making a penalty save.

Rory Huntbach had given the Bulls a 16th-minute lead before Payne was called upon to deny Greg Preece from the penalty spot.

Huntbach then doubled the away side’s advantage with little more than 25 minutes to go.

But the Pilgrims refused to be beaten, with Bailey Forth reducing the arrears two minutes later and Jordan Tate making it 2-2 on 71 minutes.

The winner arrived three minutes into stoppage time as Jack Brown settled the contest.
