Cup team Rippingale and Folkingham’s 6-0 drubbing

Taylors Garages Premier Kirton Town went down 5-4 at Graves Park to Billinghay Athletic after trailing throughout the game.

Billinghay, were once again indebted to their ace-Striker, Jac Wright who did most of the damage by netting a fine hat-trick while Frazer Howseman and Glenn Long were also on target.

Four goals in the second half helped blast Benington to a 6-2 home victory over Freiston.

Rippingale & Folkingham failed in their efforts in trying to cause a cup upset against Swineshead Institute following a 6-0 away win.

Pointon suffered badly when they crashed out 6-2 against competition favourites, Gainsborough Town.

A.F.C. Tetford went out of the competition at their first attempt when they played hosts to Division One outfit, Ruskington Rovers. The Third Division side had some good chances but failed to upset the odds and the visitors went through following a 2-0 win.
