Sleaford second string suffered a drubbing and conceded four goals in the first 16 minutes, ending this as a contest and putting the Lilywhites on the road to victory at Eslaforde Park on Saturday.

Will Britton grabbed the first after just three minutes, followed two minutes later by a goal from Luke Rayner-Mistry.

Skegness skipper Ben Davison notched his first of the afternoon to make it 3-0 and Miles Chamberlain took his league tally to four with the fourth after 16 minutes.

The home side managed to stem the tide, but they fell further behind five minutes before the break when Davison added his second.

After the interval the game was much more even, but James Lambley in the Skegness goal was rarely troubled.

At the other end, Warren Courtney fired over when well placed and the Sleaford keeper Ben Tonks blocked efforts from Britton and Rayner-Mistry.
