For the third successive home game Craig King was named man of the match.

King provided the assists for both goals. In the 24th minute Jacklin headed in his third goal of the season from the wingman’s corner.

A minute before half-time the tricky wide-man won a free kick and his floated cross from the set-piece was flicked in at the near post by Jarman.

King had created the first chance in the 13th minute as Jarman’s shot was saved.

Ellis Simmons and King both had shots blocked in shortly before Jacklin’s breakthrough.

Ellis Storey almost set up Jarman to make it 2-0 on the half-hour.

United were unable to handle the threat of King and Storey on the left and Trinity might have added further goals.
