Wyberton ended the game with 10 men following the dismissal of Peter Evison.

"Mistakes have killed us," said bosses Jamie Hanton and Jon Macleod.

"It’s a game we were in for 90 minutes, but we’ve made mistakes and you get punished for that in this league.

"The first one was just before half time which led to their goal, and we then started well second half.

"But we went down to 10 men from a rush of blood which makes it hard work as we’re chasing the game a man light, but we still carried on and did well.

"The last goal is just from trying to chase the game in the last few seconds.

"We also felt we should of had a stonewall penalty during the second half and, to be honest, we thought a good few decisions went against us in the game.

"But that’s how football goes some days.

"We can’t fault the lads, they all worked their socks off for 90 minutes and we’re just not getting that bit of luck you need at the minute.

"But we can’t feel sorry for ourselves. We have to dust ourselves down and go again Wednesday against Lincoln United."

Wednesday's match kicks off at 7.45pm at The Causeway.
