Craig Elliott has been named the National League North Manager of the Month - for his first full month with the club.
The Pilgrims boss enjoyed a perfect December - with his side recording league wins against York City, Southport, Alfreton and Gainsborough Trinity.
Elliott only arrived at the Jakemans Stadium from Shaw Lane, who he guided to three promotions, in November.
