Ollie Pinner has been promoted to Boston Town’s coaching team.
The club stalwart is in his 14th season as a player for the Poachers, and will continue to feature on the pitch for the club as well as adding his expertise to Gary Edgley’s team.
“I’m always looking to take this club forward, and having Ollie as a player-coach will be another big plus for my backroom staff and also for my players,” said Edgley.
“He’s a brilliant guy to have at the club.
“He was another one who played a big part in myself joining the club as manager and he’s been by my side ever since I have arrived.
“He knows what I expect from players and what I want to achieve at this club, and I know he will give his all to myself, my players and the club, I’m over the moon.”
Pinner will join assistant manager Lori Borbely, another well-respected figure at the DWB Stadium, in featuring both for the playing side and backroom staff.
Versatile Pinner has made more than 300 appearances for the Poachers.
