Stadium move in ‘limbo’

TRINITY may not be ready to move to their new ground for the start of the 2013/14 season.

Speaking to the BBC club chairman Peter Swann said the development at the former Castle Hills site in Gainsborough was ‘in limbo’ but definitely would happen.

“When you’re dealing with planning there’s always something that crops up,” he said.

“At the minute we are in a bit of limbo, timescales are getting tight.”

“We have emphasised that we need to get these decisions made as soon as possible.”

“If the worst comes to worst we end up delaying it a bit, but the target is to move and that will happen.”
