Veteran Ollie Pinner leaves Boston Town after 327 appearances

Ollie Pinner has left Boston Town, the club he first played for in 2004.

He has made 327 appearances for the Poachers in a number of positions, including in goal.

“I want to wish the club staff players and chairman all the very best for the future,” he wrote on Twitter.

”Been involved in the UCL, mainly with Boston, for 20 years but age has caught me up quick. Good luck for the future, not the end just a different chapter at a slower pace.”

Pinner, who also had brief stints with Holbeach United and Boston United Reserves, was handed his Town debut by Bob Don-Duncan in 2004.
