'We lack quality and we need better' - Graham Coughlan gives brutally honest verdict after Boston United are beaten at Yeovil Tow
Frustrated Graham Coughlan admits Boston United are lacking the quality needed.
The Pilgrims boss gave the honest assessment after watching his struggling side slip to a 2-1 defeat at Yeovil Town.

It condemned United to a tenth defeat in 21 games, with a number of those losses coming after decent performances yielded no reward.
“We lack quality and we can't keep the ball out,” said Coughlan. “We make silly errors and look vulnerable. We always look like we will concede and we don’t have a clean sheet mentality.
“We are not creating enough and we don't have that quality of player who can carve games open and take the chances that come.
“There was very little in that game but we have come away as losers.
“We had chances to score against Carlisle and Rochdale and we couldn't do it, that's not something that is one off.”
The former Mansfield and Yeovil boss also believes a few of his players can’t cope with life in the National League.
“We train for quality and moments like that every day of the week, trying to improve the lads that we have,” he added.
“The group of lads have a ceiling and that's where they are. One or two, you won't be able to get any more out of, one or two are maxed out.
“It will be interesting in 12 to 18 months to see where the majority are playing their football because one or two are finding this league is tough and too much for them.”
The Pilgrims were the better side before the break, but
United's first half good work was undone within eight minutes of the restart when McCormick stabbed home from close-range after substitute Michee Efete had skipped clear of Matty Carson to deliver from the Town right.
Jordy Hiwula was soon thrown on as United changed shape - but Yeovil ultimately clinched the points with another McCormick strike 11 minutes from time.
Hill reduced the arrears with five minutes to play, after Greg Sloggett had kept the ball alive, but the Pilgrims were unable to muster a grandstand finale.
It leaves United just two points above the relegation places.
