Wyberton hit the road

Wyberton are looking to put their run of three straight Lincolnshire League defeats behind them this weekend.

The Villagers hit the road again on Saturday, facing CGB Humbertherm.

Wyberton currently sit 12th in the table, two places and three points below their weekend rivals.

Kick off on Saturday will be at 2pm.

A late brace from Joshua Goodman saw Wyberton beaten 3-2 at Brigg Town Reserves on Saturday.

Elliott Pogson and Daniel White were on target for the Villagers, who went down 3-2 at The Hawthorns.

Goodman’s strikes came in the 83rd and 87th minutes, with Charlie Dolling also netting for the hosts earlier in the game.
