GO TRI out popular sport with Boston club

Adults and juniors will be able to get a taste of the increasingly-popular sport.

On this occasion the club will be hosting duathlon races - which is a run, bike ride and run.

Registration begins is from 8am with the junior (ages seven-plus) event beginning at 9am, including two 800m runs and a 1,600m bike.

The adult race will begin at approximately 9.45am and will take the shape of a 400m run, five-mile cycle and one-mile run.

The event costs £5 per adult and £3 per junior.

There will also be anothe taster event at the same venue on March 25.

That will include use of the pool for junior and the chance to try a full triathlon.
