GO TRI a triathlon

Adults and juniors will be able to get a taste of the increasingly-popular sport.

On this occasion the club will be hosting duathlon races - run, bike, run - for seniors and a triathlon - swim, bike run - for juniors.

Registration begins is from 8am with the junior (ages seven-plus) event beginning at 9am. The adult race will begin at approximately 9.45am and will take the shape of a 400m run, five-mile cycle and one-mile run.

The event costs £5 per adult and £3 per junior.
