Di wins on countback
The ladies of Market Rasen Golf Club competed for the Newstead Trophy last Wednesday.
The par competition did not prove particularly popular with the majority of the players as only two ladies beat par.
Di Warburton took the trophy on countback from last year’s captain Sheilah Mitchell.
Both scored +2.
Gill Fussey and Tilly Lawrence managed to equal par with Helen Grinham one score behind on -1.
