At the Drive In

WORKSOP Golf Club have a new set of captains.

The trio celebrated the start of their year in charge with the annual tradition of the ‘Captains Drive In’ at the Windmill Lane course on 23rd February, the morning after they were voted in at the club’s AGM.

The gents captain is Brian Stothard, Amelia Pogmore is the lady captain and Lee Westwood Junior Championship winner Louis Booth is the junior captain.

Their first engagement was followed by a breakfast and a competition over 18 holes.
