HOCKEY: Leadenham men lose out to league leaders Horncastle

Leadenham men’s first team had A tough match against league leaders Horncastle.

The first half was evenly matched with Leadenham pressing high, making it difficult for Horncastle to play the ball out.

Horncastle proved why they were top of the league in the second half, making the most of their opportunities in front of goal.

Leadenham’s goal scorer was Sam MaCallister with a brace to his name. Man of the match was Ian Sanderson.
