It's Tae Kwon-Do taster time

Sleaford Tae Kwon-Do club is offering a special summer course in the basic skills of Tae Kwon-Do every Thursday at Carre's Grammar School in Sleaford.

The 12-week course is supported by the Lincolnshire Sport Sportivate programme.

It will cover effective self-defence, the basics of striking and kicking techniques and fitness... especially designed for girls over the age of 10 years.

A free introductory session will launch the course on Thursday, June 30, starting at 7.15pm upstairs in the school main hall.

No special equipment is required and no previous experience is necessary.

The classes will be supervised and lead by qualified Tae Kwon-Do Instructor, sixth degree black-belt, Jill Pearce.
