It’s tight at the top

Only two points separate the top three teams in the Gainsborough and District Table Tennis Summer League.

Team Bravo returned to the top after their 19-17 victory over fourth-placed team Delta.

The now second Team Echo struggled, losing 20-16 to third-placed Team Alpha for whom number one Gary Adlington remained unbeaten.

Bottom side Charlie beat nearest rivals Foxtrot 19-17.
