“It will be my first experience on the Tour and I’m looking forward to it,” said Wrisdale, who is attached to Boston Golf Club.

“I’m not going there with huge expectations.

“It’s an opportunity to get some valuable experience.”

Coupland, who is attached to Woodhall Spa GC, earned his card at Q School and made his European Tour debut at the Australian PGA Championship last month.

He will be keen to make the cut after narrowly missing out Down Under.

Wrisdale was also scheduled to compete in Queensland, but was unable to make the tournament due to a visa delay.

He will compete on the Challenge Tour this year, but impressed enough at Q School to earn his place on a number of European Tour events throughout 2020.
