The league runs U8s, U9s and U10s age groups, providing 7 v 7 football for boys and girls with teams allowed squads of 12 players and all 12 are allowed to play due to the roll-on, roll-off substitutes, as per FA rules.
A new form of junior football being run for the first time this coming season is 9 v 9 for U11 and U12 age groups, playing on reduced size pitches with squads of 16 players.

Again it is for boys and girls with roll-on and off subs. The F.A. believe that this form of football along with the mini-soccer will help develop players’ skills.
