Market Rasen golf: Club honours Holly on 100th birthday

The ladies of Market Rasen Golf Club held their yearly match against the seniors last Wednesday.

Holly Hughes was honoured at Market Rasen GC last week EMN-160321-132229002

It was a match filled with lots of fun which the ladies lost five-and-a-half points to three-and-a-half.

But the highlight of the day was celebrating the 100th birthday of club member Holly Hughes (pictured) who has been a member of the club since 1985.

Holly was an active playing member for many years and won a nine-hole qualifier at the age of 91 which earned her a handicap reduction.
