Market Rasen golf: Ladies battle high winds in Cyprus event

The ladies of Market Rasen Golf Club had to battle against high winds last Wednesday as they played their Fantasy Away Day in Cyprus.

Joy Purkiss came in with a good score of 33 points to win the trophy ahead of Sharman Scott who took second place on countback with 31 points.

Glenys Cairney finished in third, also on countback from fourth-placed Sue Archer who both carded 31 points.
