In the club leagues there were a couple of shock results in the Ladies Triples.

Pride of place goes to bottom team Bunnies who were hopping for joy after recording their first win of the season when hanging on to beat second-placed Follies 16-13. So well done to Sue Cox, Audrey Skeath and Ros Toyn.

Leaders Flyers were also shot down 16-13 by a Birdies trio of June Brougham, Yvonne Cooper and Kathleen Kimpton but still have a four-points advantage over Follies.

Anglers, who were in third spot, lost 19-6 to Canaries who took over their opponents perch.
