First place and a PB for runner Downing

Paula Downing completed her fourth parkrun with a personal best time, clocking 19 mins 41 secs to claim the first female prize.

She also finished eighth overall.

Felicity Berry completed her 11th parkrun.

Her first attempt at the Rasen course saw her cross the line in 32 mins 05 secs.

That saw her claim 125th place overall.

The course is contained within the parkland on the inside of Market Rasen Racecourse.

The course largely follows the slightly undulating tarmac service track around the inside rail of the course.

Runners go clockwise and it consists of a shorter first lap of approximately 1k, followed by two longer laps of approximately 2k each. The two Mablethorpe RC ladies were among the 193 runners.
